Traditional Two Level Floorplan

I have already outlined how each level of our new home should function; now I need a skilled residential designer who can translate that brief into clear, build-ready floor plans.

Ground floor
• A public and social hub in a Traditional style: an open-concept living, dining, and main kitchen area that can handle frequent family gatherings without feeling cramped.
• A guest-focused bedroom (or flexible home office) with an adjacent full bath so visitors never need to navigate stairs.
• Direct service circulation from parking to the interior through a covered porch, plus logical links to the front porch, utility zone, and rear courtyard/patio.

What I need from you
1. Scaled floor plans for both levels (PDF and editable CAD).
2. Basic furniture layout to prove circulation works.
3. Key dimensional annotations, window/door sizes, and structural wall indicators so a local engineer can proceed.
4. Two rounds of minor revisions once we review the first draft.
