Traditional Residential Interior Design -- 2

I’m moving ahead with a residential project and need a designer who can take full charge of the interior work. The focus is strictly on interior design—no landscape or commercial elements—so every effort can go into creating a comfortable, traditional‐style home.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Room-by-room space planning that respects current structural walls
• Colour palettes, material boards, and furniture selections that evoke a timeless, traditional look
• Scaled floor plans and elevations (AutoCAD or Revit files preferred) plus at least three photorealistic renders per key area
• A concise specification sheet listing finishes, fixtures, and furnishings, ready for my contractor to price

For sign-off, I’ll review the layouts first, then the mood boards, and finally the renders. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll handle them before the final package is delivered in both PDF and editable CAD formats.
