Traditional Pool House Room & Simulator Design

I have a detached pool house that will also contain a dedicated golf-simulator room, and I need a complete interior layout with outdoor kitchen that stays true to a warm, traditional style throughout. PDF floor plans available.

Pool House
– The footprint already exists; what I need is a thoughtful arrangement that gives me a comfortable lounge for guests plus a classic bar area that feels inviting rather than commercial. Flow from the pool deck into the building should be seamless—wet feet, towels, and all—so finishes and furniture selections should balance elegance with durability.

Golf Simulator Room
– Inside the same structure, one bay is reserved for the simulator. I want the hitting area centred on a high-definition impact screen with a small bar seating area where friends can relax between shots. You can suggest surround sound or other tech add-ons if they integrate cleanly with the traditional look, but the visuals and seating come first. Ceiling height, projector throw distance, and lighting control will need to be accounted for in your layout.

1. Scaled floor plan showing outdoor kitchen, furniture, bar, and simulator placement
2. 2–3 rendered viewpoints illustrating material palettes, lighting, and circulation
3. A concise specification sheet listing major finishes, fixtures, and the simulator equipment footprint

I have architectural drawings of the shell in PDF and can provide exact dimensions on award. Please keep the concept cohesive—rich woods, classic mouldings, and comfortable upholstered pieces—while remaining pragmatic about traffic from the pool.
