Traditional Old-Age Home Website

I need a small, showcase-only website for our Kolkata-based old-age home. The mood should feel traditional and classic so that families instantly sense our long-standing values the moment they land on the Home page.

Core structure
• Home – warm hero image, brief welcome text, and a clear navigation bar.
• About Us – this must highlight our history as well as our mission and vision. I will supply the copy; you simply design the section so the story flows.
• Services – outline the day-to-day care, medical support, recreation, and other facilities we provide. Short descriptions with space for one photo per service are enough.

Scope
• Purely informational: no log-ins, payments, or enquiry forms for now.
• Mobile-first responsive layout.
• Traditional serif typography, muted color palette, and plenty of white space to keep it readable for seniors and their families.
• Clean URLs and basic on-page SEO (title tags, meta descriptions).

Tech flexibility
I am open to WordPress, static HTML/CSS, or another lightweight framework—whatever lets you deliver quickly and keep future edits simple.

Local preference
If you are already in Kolkata that will make content gathering and any on-site photography coordination easier, but it is not a strict requirement.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional website files or a live WordPress install.
2. One round of revisions after the first draft.
3. A short hand-over guide explaining how to change text and images.
