Traditional Home Blueprint Design

I’m ready to move from ideas to construction documents for a new single-family residence. The vision is a warm, traditional-style home with two—possibly three—bedrooms, and I need a complete set of architectural blueprints that a local builder and permitting office can use without extra redlining.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Scaled floor plans with room dimensions, wall thicknesses, and door/window schedules
• Elevations that capture classic, traditional detailing (gable rooflines, balanced façade, etc.)
• Foundation and roof plans suitable for standard stick-built methods in the U.S.
• Electrical and basic plumbing layouts integrated into the plans
• A printable PDF set plus editable source files (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)

I’ll supply a rough sketch of the layout, lot dimensions, and any zoning constraints the moment we get started. From you, I need design insight to optimize flow and light, code-compliant drawings, and a couple of quick turnarounds on revisions so the blueprints align perfectly with my family’s needs.
