Traditional Duplex Drafting Plans

I have a 1,600 sq ft duplex concept—two mirror-image units of 800 sq ft each—and I need full architectural plans drafted. Each side will hold two bedrooms and one bathroom arranged around an open-plan living, dining and kitchen core. I’m after a warm, Traditional exterior treatment and proportion, but once you step inside I want the square footage to feel generous and flowing, so wall placement, circulation and daylighting should all reinforce that open feel.

Please show on the drawings a modest shared front feature: a small deck or porch that anchors the two entry doors and offers just enough space for a chair or planter. No garages are planned, and I do not need elaborate outdoor living areas beyond that deck.

What I need from you
• Dimensioned floor plans, elevations, and one section suitable for local permit submission (PDF + original CAD/Revit files).
• A simple site placement diagram (lot survey will be supplied once we start).
• Door, window and finish schedules plus a basic electrical/lighting plan.

I’ll review a schematic layout first, provide feedback, and then we can move on to the final construction-ready set. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar industry-standard software, that’s perfect—just let me know which platform you prefer so I can match it on my end.
