I want to turn a corner of my backyard into a warm, traditional-style BBQ area for family gatherings. Before any bricks are laid, I need three things wrapped into one clear package: a site analysis to confirm the spot is practical and code-compliant, a detailed design that captures an inviting classic look, and a cost-and-materials estimate I can rely on when ordering supplies.

You will begin with the photos, rough measurements, and simple sketch I’ll share. From there I expect:
• A scaled layout delivered as both PDF and an editable CAD or SketchUp file
• A complete bill of quantities—bricks, mortar, grill hardware, stone countertop, lighting, drainage, and electrical items—paired with a spreadsheet estimate showing unit costs and totals
• A concise site-suitability report that flags soil issues, utility clearances, and local code checkpoints

Please highlight any cost-saving alternatives that keep the traditional masonry look intact. Familiarity with small outdoor kitchen projects, RSMeans or comparable estimating tools, and AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is ideal. If you have done classic brick-and-stone BBQs, include photos or links as proof.

Acceptance criteria: concept plan signed off after one revision round, material list accurate to within ±10 %, and the site report complete with annotated photos.
Draft package in a week, final deliverables the week after. Let’s create a timeless BBQ corner together.
