TradingView ATM Options Auto-Updater

I need a small utility—script, plugin, or any reliable workaround—that keeps my TradingView watch-list always focused on the current at-the-money options. The goal is simple:

• As soon as the underlying price moves, the list should refresh to show the new ATM call and the corresponding ATM put, side by side.
• Updates must be pushed in real time; end-of-day or even hourly refreshes are not acceptable for my workflow.
• Source the option chain directly from TradingView’s own data feed so I do not have to maintain separate exchange or brokerage connections.

If you have already tackled similar automation inside TradingView (for example with Pine Script + alerts, a lightweight external service, or WebSocket integration), let me see a quick demo or outline of your approach. The finished solution should run unattended once configured and require no manual symbol search during market hours.
