Trademark Examination Reply – Experts Required in India

We are looking for an experienced Trademark Advocate / Trademark Professional to handle a Trademark Examination Report reply before the Indian Trade Marks Registry.

Requirement:

- Review the Trademark Examination Report and objections.
- Prepare a strong and legally appropriate Examination Report Reply.
- Handle objections under Sections 9 and/or 11, if applicable.
- Provide proper legal grounds, supporting arguments and relevant case laws wherever required.
- Ensure the reply is prepared in the correct format for online filing.
- Experience in handling Indian Trademark Registry objections is mandatory.
- Should have successfully handled similar trademark examination objections.

Preferred: Freelancer with practical experience in trademark filing, examination replies and Registry proceedings. Only experienced professionals should apply.
