Tractor Sugarcane Loader Full CAD Design

I need a complete, production-ready engineering package for a tractor-mounted sugarcane loader. Your job starts from my rough concept sketches and ends with a set of documents my fabricator can pick up and build without further clarification.

Scope of work
• Create a solid 3D model in STEP format covering the full assembly, with special attention to the hydraulic system, load-handling mechanism and operator control panel.
• Produce fully detailed manufacturing drawings: part drawings with tolerances, assembly drawings with exploded views, and an overall layout showing mounting points on a standard 45–60 HP farm tractor.
• Size all pins, cylinders, hoses and structural members for typical field conditions (≈500 kg bundle capacity) and include basic FEA or hand calculations to justify the main boom, mast and grab.
• Develop a concise bill of materials listing commercial off-the-shelf hydraulics alongside any custom-fabricated parts.
• Draft a short maintenance and safety note set so the operator’s manual team can drop them straight in.

What I already have
Only rough sketches, reference photos and a description of the workflow in the field. These will guide dimensions, swing radius and reach, but you’ll refine them into a professional design that meets good agricultural-equipment practice.

Deliverables (all digital)
1. STEP master assembly and all referenced part files
2. PDF drawing set ready for print/shop use
3. Editable drawing files (DWG or native CAD) for future tweaks
4. BOM in XLS or CSV
5. Brief design justification memo

Acceptance criteria
• Loader mounts within 4 hr using standard tractor hitch points
• Lifts and swings a 500 kg load through 180° without structural yielding in analysis
• All drawing views clear, dimensioned in millimetres and toleranced
