A local manufacturer is blanketing my town with a 2.4 GHz digital RF signal that is then rebroadcast online. I have already gathered 19 GB of spectrum captures from six separate spots, together with screenshots and detailed notes that log dates, times, and GPS coordinates.
What I need now is a specialist who can turn those raw captures into answers. Your task is to demodulate and decode the signal, pull out any video or audio it contains, and then hunt down the publicly visible streams or posts that carry the same content. I’m interested in the full chain: IP addresses, routers or relay nodes, the physical origin of the feed, and the specific social-media or streaming platforms where it lands.
You will receive:
• IQ or waterfall files and screenshots of the spectrum scans
• A timeline of when and where each capture was made
Please return:
• Extracted video/audio samples with playback instructions
• A concise technical report outlining modulation scheme, bit-rate, and identifying characteristics
• A list of matching URLs, page names, or live-stream IDs, plus the IP addresses and host details serving them
• Your methodology so the findings can stand up to outside scrutiny
Experience with GNU Radio, SDR# or similar SDR toolchains, Wireshark, Shodan, and social-media OSINT will help you move quickly. If you can close the loop between the over-the-air signal and its online destination, I want to hear from you.
