I need an experienced network professional to configure a set of TP-Link routers that run our entire office network. The goal is a clean, reliable topology that supports about thirty wired and wireless users, handles printers and shared storage smoothly, and leaves room for future expansion without a complete redesign.

You will review the current layout, draft an optimal IP scheme, and apply best-practice settings on every TP-Link device—everything from WAN parameters and DHCP scopes to VLAN segmentation and traffic-shaping rules. Once the configuration is live, I expect basic performance tests to confirm stability and documentation that lets my in-house team understand exactly what you changed, why it was changed, and how to replicate it on replacement hardware.

Please outline your approach, the TP-Link models you have worked with, and the estimated timeframe to deliver the final, tested configuration and documentation.
