Tourism Site Server Reliability Upgrade

My live tourism-booking platform is performing well on the front end, yet periodic server hiccups are eroding traveller confidence and costing conversions. The goal of this overhaul is therefore crystal-clear: harden the back-end so the site feels rock-solid, 24/7.

Scope of work
The current stack runs on a single cloud instance with standard LAMP components and a modest CDN layer. I need a seasoned hand to examine that setup, pinpoint weak spots, and rebuild for higher resilience. Techniques might involve load-balancing, auto-scaling groups, database replication, targeted caching, or any other industry-proven methods you consider appropriate. Page-load speed and search tweaks are welcome side benefits, but server reliability is the headline metric.

Key deliverables
• Infrastructure audit with a short, jargon-free summary of findings
• Action plan outlining the fixes and phased roll-out order
• Implemented, tested changes deployed to production with zero data loss
• Monitoring and alerting dashboard (Grafana, CloudWatch or similar) handed over with thresholds explained
• Post-deployment report showing uptime and response benchmarks compared to the baseline

Acceptance criteria
The site must maintain 99.9 % measured uptime over a seven-day observation window after go-live, and the root-cause logs should show no unhandled 5xx or database connection errors.

Please keep migrations and downtime to an absolute minimum; a short maintenance window can be arranged if needed. All work should be documented so the in-house team can maintain it long term.
