Toronto Real Estate WordPress Site

I need a WordPress site tailored for the Toronto market where visitors can browse properties that are either for sale or for rent. All listings will be entered manually, so the back-end must be simple enough for non-technical staff to add a new property, upload photos, and publish in just a few clicks. Custom fields for location, price, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms are essential because these same fields will power the front-end search.

On the public side, buyers and renters should land on a clean catalogue page, adjust filters for location, price range, bedrooms, and bathrooms, then see instant, accurate results. Each property page needs a gallery, a quick facts table, Google-maps embed, and a lead-capture form that feeds directly to my email.

Design-wise, the site has to look trustworthy and professional on desktop and mobile, load quickly, and follow basic on-page SEO best practices. I’ll supply hosting access, the domain, branding colours, copy, and ten starter listings.
