My child’s birthday party is this evening, 12 August, 5:00 – 7:30 PM at M3M Broadway, Gurgaon. I’m after a photographer who excels at candid, story-telling images and can blend into an indoor kids’ celebration without turning it into a posed session.
What I need from you on-site:
• Arrive by 4:45 PM, get comfortable with the indoor lighting and set up any bounce flash or small strobes you prefer.
• Discreetly capture the key moments—cake cutting, organised games, and all those spontaneous guest interactions—for the full 2.5-hour slot. Take some short videos as well for key moments.
• Keep the mood natural; no forced smiles or stiff groupings.
Post-event deliverables:
• All usable unedited shots to be transffered after the event.
I’ll be awarding quickly—time is short and we start in a few hours. Looking forward to seeing how you capture the laughter, mess, and magic of the day.
