Tobacco Scan Data POS Integration

I need a developer who can bolt Altria, RJR and MSAi scan-data reporting directly onto my custom React Native POS. The goal is for every sale, return and price change that happens in store to flow into the exact file formats each manufacturer expects, then transmit automatically on the cadence they require (weekly for Altria and RJR, monthly for MSAi).

Current environment
• React Native front-end with a Node/Express API and PostgreSQL.
• Sales, tender and inventory tables are already well-structured; you will have schema access.

What I’m after
1. Map my existing SKU catalogue to each program’s required UPC / sub-brand list.
2. Generate encrypted transmission files (or API payloads where supported) that pass the manufacturers’ certification tests.
3. Schedule secure SFTP or API pushes without human intervention and display pass / fail status inside the POS back office.
4. Store acknowledgements so I can pull historical proof of submission at any time.

Successful delivery means I can walk through certification with Altria, RJR and MSAi using only the POS—no manual spreadsheets, no third-party middle-ware. If you’ve worked with Circana or other analytics feeds, flag it; I may add that phase next.
