Titanium CNC Turning Programs

I’m working through a series of CNC turning jobs in titanium and already have full program folders prepared for several part numbers—1600, 1601, 1602, 89500, 9500, FD010 and many more. Your role is to take these existing folders, verify each toolpath, and make any tweaks needed so they run cleanly on a modern turning centre.
Scope of work
• Review the supplied G-code and setup sheets inside each folder.
• Optimise feeds, speeds and tool changes for titanium.
• Flag any collisions or inefficiencies and supply corrected code.
• Where a folder is missing, create a fresh turning program that matches my proven format.
I’m in no rush, so you’re free to schedule the tasks around other commitments, but accuracy is essential—I’ll be running these files on production equipment. All communication can stay here or, if it helps, reach me directly on WhatsApp (+601173062998) for quick clarifications or to exchange large zip files.
Deliverables
1. Verified or newly generated G-code for each requested part number.
2. Updated setup sheet (PDF or Excel) that lists tools, offsets and cycle time.
3. A short change log summarising any edits you made.
If you’re comfortable with titanium turning and fluent in common controllers (Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, etc.), I’d like to hear how you’d approach the optimisation and what software you prefer (Fusion 360, Mastercam, SolidCAM—whatever you’re fastest with). Looking forward to tightening up these programs together.
