1. Project Plan
You are expected to develop a project plan for delivering a stakeholder engagement session as part of the Timms Review.
You should select one of the five scopes outlined in the Terms of Reference and design an engagement session that aims to gather feedback from relevant stakeholders to inform the review.

2. Project Planning Elements (Part One)
The first part of your assignment should include the key project planning elements outlined in the assignment brief.
You should not only describe what you intend to do but also explain the rationale behind your decisions. For example, why have you chosen a particular engagement approach? How will your proposed activities help achieve the objectives of your project?

3. Stakeholder Analysis (Part Two)
The second part of your assignment should focus on stakeholder analysis.
You are expected to develop a stakeholder matrix that maps the different stakeholders according to their levels of influence and interest in your project.

You should also explain why you have positioned particular stakeholders within the matrix and discuss how this analysis informs your approach to stakeholder engagement.

A final point: Remember that this is a project planning assignment. You are not expected to conduct the engagement session itself. Instead, your task is to demonstrate how you would plan, organise and manage such a session effectively, while providing clear justifications for your decisions.
I hope this provides some clarity. We will discuss the assignment further tomorrow, and there will be an opportunity to raise any questions or concerns.
