Timing Belt Conveyor Design Pune

The goal is to build a 17 × 6 foot oval timing-belt conveyor that runs horizontally along the length of an existing table. Functionally it will behave like a conventional conveyor system which shall make the horse move using movement of magnet at the bottom

Scope of work
I need the complete mechanical design and on-site manufacturing carried out in Pune. That includes pulley selection and placement, motor and gearbox sizing, tensioning method, frame design, and the final assembly that fits the exact 17 × 6 ft footprint. The finished unit must operate quietly, track true under continuous duty, and carry individual loads up to the typical weight of a laptop or hardbound book without noticeable belt deflection.

Key deliverables
• 3D CAD model and detailed fabrication drawings
• Bill of materials with locally sourced components where possible
• Control diagram specifying drive motor, speed range, and safety cut-off
• Fabrication, assembly, and test run at my location in Pune

Acceptance will be based on a live demonstration: the belt should complete multiple laps loaded with sample items while maintaining alignment and consistent speed. Once signed off, all native CAD files and documentation are handed over to me.
