Time and Expense Tracker App

I'm looking to develop a time and expense tracker that can be used on both web and mobile platforms. This app is primarily intended for employees who will submit their work hours, allocate those hours to a project and submit expenses to a manager.

Key Features:
- User authentication for secure access
- Interface for employees to submit both work hours and expenses
- Manager dashboard to review and approve submissions
- Notification system for updates and reminders
- ability to report on hours and associated projects for a given time period
