Tile & Laminate Sample Holder STL

I’m looking for a precise STL that I can run straight to the printer for a small display bracket that holds both loose-tile and laminate samples. Here is the geometry I need replicated exactly:

• Overall width: 25 mm
• Length: 101 mm
• Bottom: a standard U-channel, 11 mm wide × 11 mm high, with 3 mm wall thickness throughout.
• Two mounting holes: 2 mm diameter, centred on the side walls of the U-channel at the 25 mm and 75 mm marks, positioned 5 mm up from the bottom edge.
• Tines: at those same 25 mm and 75 mm positions, extend upward from the channel with a 15° outward rake; each tine should be 25 mm thick. Corners and edges should be slightly rounded so they are printer-friendly but still maintain the stated dimensions.

Preferred workflow is AutoCAD, so if you build in another package please be ready to supply a DWG or STEP alongside the final, watertight STL.

Acceptance criteria
– STL loads error-free in Cura and PrusaSlicer.
– All critical dimensions are within ±0.2 mm.
– Hole size remains 2 mm as specified.

Once I confirm the dimensions on screen I’ll approve the print-ready file.
