We are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to set up and
operate four company-owned faceless TikTok niche accounts.
This is a **posting and account-operations role only**. All slideshows,
captions, hashtags, CTAs, account names, bios, and posting instructions are
provided by us. You will not film, edit, write, design, research content, or
develop a social-media strategy.
The work is repetitive and process-driven. We need someone who can follow an
SOP exactly, use the correct account and asset every time, maintain a reliable
phone and network connection, and report problems immediately.
### Compensation and test period
- Paid 15-day test.
- $6 USD per hour.
- Approximately 1–2 hours per day, depending on the posting phase.
- Maximum 30 verified hours during the test: **maximum pilot payment $180**.
- We review accuracy, reliability, and account status after day 10.
- If the full 15-day test is completed successfully and we continue, the
ongoing rate increases to **$8 USD per hour** under a new schedule and weekly
hour limit.
The $8 rate begins after the pilot. Starting it on day 11 would make a full
30-hour pilot cost $200 rather than $180.
### What we provide
- four company-controlled email addresses and account information;
- account names, usernames, bios, profile images, and setup instructions;
- finished TikTok slideshows ready to upload;
- exact captions, hashtags, CTAs, covers, and posting schedule;
- a posting tracker and step-by-step SOP;
- the approved US network/VPN/proxy configuration when required;
- support when an account, login, upload, or moderation issue occurs.
### What you will do
1. Create four TikTok accounts using only the email and profile details we
provide.
2. Complete the three-day onboarding phase described below.
3. Upload the supplied slideshows natively from the assigned phone.
4. Use the exact account, asset, cover, caption, hashtags, CTA, and posting
window listed in the tracker.
5. Confirm that every post is live and correctly formatted.
6. Record the live URL, timestamp, account, asset ID, connection check, and
status after every upload.
7. Report login challenges, network mismatches, upload failures, moderation
notices, or account restrictions immediately.
8. Perform only the normal account familiarization and basic account checks
contained in our SOP.
### Fifteen-day schedule
#### Days 1–3: account creation and onboarding
- Create and configure all four accounts using the supplied details.
- Confirm each username, bio, profile image, region, and security setting.
- Spend approximately 15 minutes per account per day reviewing relevant niche
content so the operator understands the account's subject and feed.
- Total account-review time: approximately 60 minutes/day.
- Day 1 includes approximately 15 additional minutes to configure and verify
the company-approved US connection when required.
- Complete the account and connection checklist every day.
- Do not publish promotional content during these first three days unless we
explicitly change the tracker.
This onboarding is ordinary manual account familiarization. It must not use
bots, purchased engagement, scripted comments, mass following, engagement
exchanges, or behavior intended to deceive the platform. Any genuine platform
interaction must be limited, relevant, and permitted by the SOP and platform
rules.
#### Days 4–5: one post per account per day
- Four TikTok uploads per day in total.
- Before posting, spend approximately 10 minutes per account reviewing the
assigned niche feed and checking account health.
- After posting, spend approximately two minutes per account checking that the
post is live and the account remains healthy.
- Log all four live URLs and statuses.
#### Days 6–9: two posts per account per day
- Eight TikTok uploads per day in total.
- Continue the 10-minute pre-post account check per account.
- Complete the post-publication check and tracker entry for every account and
upload.
#### Days 10–15: three posts per account per day
- Twelve TikTok uploads per day in total.
- Continue the pre-post account checks and post-publication verification.
- Day 10 includes a performance review, but the test continues through day 15.
Across the pilot, the expected publishing volume is **112 uploads**:
- days 4–5: 8 uploads;
- days 6–9: 32 uploads;
- days 10–15: 72 uploads.
The role is capped at two hours/day and 30 hours total. If the required work
cannot be completed accurately inside the cap, stop and report the issue; do
not rush, fabricate tracker entries, or work unapproved hours.
### Phone and connection requirements
- A reliable Android phone or iPhone capable of running the current TikTok
application.
- The phone must be dedicated to this work during the test or have a clearly
separated company-approved work configuration.
- Stable internet, reliable power, and enough storage for the supplied assets.
- Experience using a VPN or proxy on a phone is strongly preferred.
- Applicants physically located in the United States may use an approved
stable US connection after verification.
- Applicants in South America, Asia, or another non-US location must be able
to use the exact company-provided managed US VPN/proxy configuration and follow
the connection SOP. Do not purchase or substitute your own VPN or proxy.
- Before every posting window, verify that the approved connection is active
and that the recorded country/IP matches the assigned configuration.
- If the approved connection disconnects or the region/IP check fails, do not
open or post to the account. Stop and report the issue.
- Applicants in a country where TikTok is restricted must explicitly explain
their lawful, reliable access. Location alone is not accepted as access
proof.
The connection is for stable, authorized operation of company-owned accounts. It
must never be used to bypass an account restriction, create replacement
accounts after enforcement, or conceal prohibited automation.
### Account security rules
- Use only the email addresses, usernames, passwords, and profile information
supplied by the company.
- Do not change passwords, email addresses, recovery methods, phone numbers,
usernames, bios, or security settings unless the tracker explicitly
authorizes the change.
- Do not add a personal phone number, email address, passkey, or recovery
method to a company account.
- Do not share credentials, content, screenshots, internal instructions, or
account information with another person.
- Do not log in from an additional phone, computer, browser, emulator, or
network without written approval inside the marketplace contract.
- Do not use automation, account-creation tools, anti-detect browsers, free or
shared proxies, purchased accounts, or third-party engagement services.
- The company retains ownership of every email, account, credential, and published
asset.
### Success criteria
We evaluate the VA on execution—not views or follower growth.
- All scheduled uploads are completed or escalated before the deadline.
- Zero wrong-account, wrong-asset, wrong-caption, wrong-cover, or wrong-link
incidents.
- Every live URL and status is logged accurately.
- No unauthorized credential, profile, device, or network changes.
- Network and account checks are completed as instructed.
- Problems are reported immediately rather than hidden or worked around.
- Communication is clear and reliable during the agreed posting windows.
### This role is not
- content creation;
- filming or editing;
- caption writing or hashtag research;
- creative direction or social-media strategy;
- follower growth or engagement manipulation;
- influencer outreach or community management;
- paid advertising;
- mass account farming or ban evasion.
### Application questions
Answer every question. Generic social-media-management proposals will be
rejected.

phone. State clearly if you have no experience.
