I run a Gordon Ramsay fan page and create short-form commentary videos around memorable moments from his shows. I’m looking for a skilled short-form editor who can turn source clips into polished, fast-paced TikToks with substantial original editing and commentary.
I’ll provide the source footage/YouTube timestamps plus any voice-over or commentary script.
What I need:
- Editing style: fast-paced, professional and engaging, with strong cuts and pacing rather than simply reposting the original scene.
- Original elements: integrate my voice-over/commentary throughout the video, restructure footage where appropriate, and use text, graphics, cutaways, zooms and other edits to support the commentary.
- Captions: clean, readable animated captions throughout.
- Audio: clear dialogue, balanced voice-over and polished sound.
- Format: vertical 9:16, 1080 × 1920, generally 60+ seconds, delivered as MP4.
- Turnaround: first draft within 48 hours; revisions within 24 hours of feedback.
The goal is for each video to feel like an original commentary/entertainment edit, not simply a cropped TV clip with subtitles.
Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut is fine. Please send me 2–3 examples of short-form commentary, reaction or entertainment edits you’ve made.
If the first edit goes well, I’m looking for someone for regular ongoing work.
