TikTok & Google Reviews Scraping

I want to automate two very specific scraping tasks and I’m happy to pay for whatever licensed tool or API access is required.

1) TikTok video captions
My priority is to pull the on-screen captions (the transcript) from selected TikTok URLs and save them as plain .txt files—one file per video. I am not interested in comments or user-profile data, only the captions themselves. The solution can be a ready-made SaaS, a custom script (Python preferred), or a browser-based workflow, as long as it is reliable and easy for me to run on demand.

2) Google reviews
From chosen Google Business Profiles I need just the review text plus the date each review was posted. Reviewer names aren’t required. The output format here is flexible (CSV, JSON, or even a database import) as long as the two requested fields are clearly separated.

Deliverables
• A working scraping method or script for each platform
• Clear setup instructions and a short demo run on my machine (screen-share or recorded walkthrough)
• Brief documentation explaining any dependencies, rate-limit considerations, and how to add new TikTok URLs or Google locations in future runs

Acceptance criteria
• Every supplied TikTok URL produces a clean .txt file containing only the spoken captions in correct order
• Every supplied Google location exports a file that lists review text alongside its corresponding date
• Solution respects platform policies and remains functional beyond initial hand-over
