TikTok Shop UK Sales Expert — Fragrances | Remote | Part-Time + Sales Incentive
We are UK-based fragrance distribution and e-commerce businesses, having 3 platforms and selling through Amazon, eBay and our own websites.
We need an experienced, hands-on individual to grow profitable UK sales through TikTok Shop and drive measurable traffic and sales to our other platforms. This will extend to Europe also.
We have access to extensive brand-owner marketing materials, product images, videos and influencer content available for our use. Your role is to turn these existing resources into effective content and sales, keeping additional expenditure to a minimum.
Responsibilities
• Review our existing activity and implement a practical, low-cost sales plan.
• Identify priority fragrances and improve product listings, offers and conversion.
• Select, edit and repurpose supplied brand and influencer videos into effective UK-focused shoppable content.
• Manage posting, test different hooks and sales messages, and improve performance using results.
• Prioritise organic sales growth and existing content before recommending paid activity.
• Identify suitable sales-based affiliate opportunities where commercially worthwhile.
• Report weekly on sales, costs, returns and contribution margin.
Budget discipline
We require a resourceful individual who can achieve results within a modest budget. All advertising, affiliate commissions, product samples, paid creator work and other additional expenditure require our prior written approval. Content planning, editing, posting and routine follow-up must be included in your agreed fee.
Required experience
• Proven personal success generating TikTok Shop sales, preferably in the UK.
• Ability to turn existing video and marketing assets into content that converts.
• Understanding of profitable selling, including fees, discounts, returns and advertising costs.
• Clear written English and availability for some UK business hours.
• Fragrance or beauty experience preferred.
Arrangement
Remote, part-time freelance role with an initial paid trial. Modest fixed fee plus an agreed incentive linked to attributable profitable sales. We want an individual who will personally carry out the work.
