TikTok Content & Engagement Manager

I need an experienced hand to take full ownership of my TikTok presence. Your day-to-day will revolve around ideating and producing short-form videos that match my brand voice, writing punchy captions, scheduling each upload for maximum reach, and then actively nurturing the community by replying to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand tone.

You’ll also keep an eye on the numbers. I expect weekly insight reports that highlight what worked, what flopped, and what we should test next so we can refine the strategy and push steady follower and engagement growth. While TikTok is the immediate priority, I’m open to expanding onto Instagram or Facebook once we’ve built solid momentum, so any cross-platform experience is a plus.
