TikTok Account Connection Fix

I'm looking for an expert to help resolve an account connection issue between our TikTok Business Center and our business TikTok account. Instead of changing our original Tiktok business accounts user name, we created a completely separate business account with our new business name. Tiktok Business Center only allows one business account to be attached to it, and the current business account attached is the wrong account. They will not allow us to change out (delete) the old business account and attach the new account. This is preventing us from placing ads, creating a Tiktok store that links to our Shopify store
