Tiffin Ordering & Payment Platform

I run a daily-meal (tiffin) service and today every order arrives by phone or WhatsApp, then gets typed into an Excel sheet where a VBA macro creates end-of-month invoices. As the volume grows, calls are missed, a few meals go unrecorded, and irregular customers sometimes slip past our payment checklist. I’m ready to replace this patchwork with a single, automated system that works everywhere my customers are.

Here’s what I need built:

• A customer-facing experience that works both as a lightweight web link and as an installable mobile app. From either interface a customer should be able to see the daily or weekly menu, select quantity or subscription type, and place the order in a couple of taps.
• UPI integration for instant payment at checkout, with the transaction automatically tagged to the order and reflected in the customer’s ledger.
• Automatic order and inventory handling: once an order is confirmed, the backend updates stock levels, aggregates totals for the kitchen, and schedules delivery entries without me touching a spreadsheet.
• Invoice generation that mirrors (or improves on) my current VBA output. Ideally invoices are created on the fly and also collated into a monthly PDF batch I can mail or download.
• An admin panel where I can glance at today’s orders, outstanding payments, stock alerts and simple sales analytics. The panel should also let me adjust prices, pause items, or apply discounts without needing a developer.
• A migration path for my existing Excel data so that long-time customers keep their history and any unpaid balances remain visible.
• Reminder logic that nudges irregular customers for payment or lets me trigger a single-click WhatsApp follow-up.

I’m happy for you to choose the stack—Flutter, React, Kotlin, Firebase, MySQL, anything stable and secure—as long as the final product is smooth, fast and easy for a non-technical owner to run. Once delivered I’ll need basic documentation and a quick hand-over call so I can handle routine tasks myself.
