I need a complete electromechanical and IT-infrastructure design that can be certified as both Tier II and Tier III, with every subsystem clearly documented so the owner may choose the appropriate tier room by room. The scope spans power, cooling, fire protection, low-voltage cabling and network layouts, packaged as coordinated drawings, single-line diagrams, equipment schedules and a narrative that explains how each topology meets its respective uptime requirement.
Power architecture must provide true N+1 redundancy—covering utility feeds, generators, UPS strings, switchgear, PDUs and branch distribution—while remaining scalable should we later migrate parts of the floorplate to 2N. Your documentation should reference Uptime Institute criteria, TIA-942, relevant IEC/NFPA codes and ASHRAE thermal guidelines so local consultants can take it straight to permitting.
Deliverables I expect
• Tier II vs. Tier III comparison report with failure scenarios
• Full drawing set (PDF + original CAD) for electrical, mechanical, and structured cabling
• Bill of materials with make/model options and estimated loads
• Commissioning test plan and maintenance bypass explanations
• High-level construction timeline and milestone breakdown
I will supply the building shell layout, utility capacities and any site constraints once we start. Please outline your past Tier projects, the software you model in (Revit, AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.), and how many design review iterations you include.
Files ready for review two weeks after kickoff would be ideal; let me know if you foresee a different timeline.
