I already have a full set of high-resolution sprites for my 2D hero and now I need a clean, reusable rig that plugs straight into a browser game powered by Three.js. The goal is to end up with skeletal or sprite-sheet animations that cover all core actions—walking, running, jumping, crouching, and several attack moves—so I can call them in code with minimal setup.

Here is what I’m after:
• Build a rig or bone structure that lines up perfectly with the supplied sprite layers.
• Create and export separate animation clips for each action listed above, ready to be loaded through Three.js (for example via THREE.AnimationMixer or a loader such as THREE.Skeleton or Spine/DragonBones JSON).
• Keep pivots, frame counts, and naming conventions consistent so I can swap weapons or re-skin the character later without re-rigging.

Acceptance criteria
• All animations loop or transition smoothly with no popping or slipping.
• Final files include the editable rig project (Spine, DragonBones, or comparable tool) plus the exported JSON/atlas/png (or sprite sheet) that Three.js can consume.
• Documentation or short comments show the exact method for loading and triggering each clip.

If you have shipped Three.js titles before or have a Spine/DragonBones portfolio, that’s a bonus—I want to integrate fast and focus on gameplay right away.
