PLEASE READ FIRST, OR ILL RATE YOU 1 STAR. DO NOT PUT A CHEAP PRICE TO GET ME TALKING TO YOU. IT WASTES YOUR TIME AND MINE. happy to answer questions. dont ask me for my budget. thats not how this works. just spend 30 minutes talking with 7 freelancers to accomplish very little. asking things that are written below.
Thanks. Richard
What i would like is to know you can draw plans, happy to do it in 6 stages and once full drawn, happy to wait 1 or 2 days for me to annotate 3 sets of complete plans for you to draw and give back to me. I do not have all the building drawn so far. i wish to do this slowly. i have 1/6 of the building drawn so far.
I need complete architectural plans drawn up for a 3 story commercial building. Over the next two weeks I’ll be on site collecting exact dimensions area by area and sending them to you in stages, so the job calls for someone who’s comfortable refining drawings from incremental information and adding detail as each new measurement arrives.
By the end of the measuring phase I’ll need full drawings. then ill need 3 different sets illustrating slightly differently. 1 for emergency evacuations. 1 for utilities and 1 for building.
Using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit or a comparable CAD platform is essential, and I’ll expect layers, scales and annotations kept consistent so my structural engineer can slot in seamlessly later.
Deliverables for each set
• Scaled floor plans for all three levels
• Elevations and key sections
• A consolidated PDF package ready for print/permit submission
• Native CAD files (DWG/RVT) for future editing
I’ll drip-feed measurements daily; in return, a 24–48-hour turnaround on each update and final delivery within a couple of days after the last measurements reach you will keep the project on track. Let me know your preferred workflow and any code or zoning questions you need answered before we start.
