I need a clean, three-page website that introduces my business and its services and gives visitors a simple way to reach me. The site should look professional on desktop, tablet, and mobile, load quickly, and highlight what we do in a clear, engaging way.
This is a very low budget project you can use Laravel or Wordpress or next js something where I can edit myself
The best bid around $100 with three milestones for each page
No placeholder bids and no bids with no review and show example of your work
What I need Here is a link to the instructions. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1z05JyZ7OphfFH2VcWJcdUSDo5MeVzMFrA4PkSQb25xU/edit?usp=sharing
These are same instructions in link above ;
I need a small website with three pages. I want one fixed price for the whole job.
Website name: Record Ready Research
Web address: recordreadyresearch.com (I own it)
Built with: WordPress, on my web hosting
What the business does: Lawyers and paralegals send me a court document. I check that every case and law in it is real and correct. Then I email them a report.
How people pay: A free Tally form takes their file and their payment at the same time. The money goes to my own Stripe account.
When: I want the site live within 2 weeks after I pick a quote.
The three pages
I will write all the words. You build the pages and make them look clean and professional.

Web address
What goes on it
1. Home
recordreadyresearch.com
Headline and tagline ("Checked. Verified. Ready to file."), who the service is for, what clients get, a sample report table, how it works in 3 steps, the limits of the service, a short FAQ, a founder bio with photo, a spot for client reviews, and a big button to Page 2
2. Prices and Submit
/submit
The price table, then the Tally form
3. Blog/
Terms and Privacy
/terms
My terms of service and privacy policy, in plain text. The form links here.
All pages need a simple menu (Home, Prices and Submit, Terms and Privacy), a footer with my contact email, and a logo spot. A simple text logo is fine for now.
The form and payments
The form uses Tally's free plan. It goes on Page 2 and should fit the page with no extra scroll bars.

Rules for the form
Rush adds 50% to the price.
"Quote" services and Interac e-Transfer skip the payment step.
Card payments go through Tally's Stripe payment block, linked to my Stripe account.
After they submit, show a thank-you message that says what happens next.
Send me an email for every new submission.
Set up a discount code so book buyers can get 50% off their first check. Tell me the simplest way to do this.
Other things the site must do
Work on phones. Every page must look good on a small phone, a tablet and a computer.
Load fast. Pages should open in under 3 seconds on a phone.
Be easy to use. Clear headings, readable text, and buttons that work with a keyboard.
Show up on Google. Follow the steps in the next section.
Be secure. Turn on HTTPS (the padlock), add a free security plugin, and set up automatic backups.
Stripe setup. Create the products and prices in my Stripe account in CAD and USD. Test everything in Stripe's test mode first. Switch to live only after I say yes.
Show me how. Give me a short written guide on how to change text and prices myself.
Help the site get found and get sales
I want the site to show up on Google and turn visitors into paying clients. Please include all of this in your price.
Getting found on Google
Use the words lawyers search for. Put them in each page title, description and main heading. Examples: "citation check service", "cite checking for lawyers", "verify case citations", "AI citation check", "factum citation ". I will approve the final wording.
Suggested page titles: Home: "Case Citation Check for Lawyers | Record Ready Research". Submit: "Prices: Citation Checks and Research Memos". Terms: "Terms and Privacy | Record Ready Research".
One main heading per page that uses the key words.
Add structured data (schema) for a professional service, the business, and the FAQ. This helps Google show extra details in search results.
Make it fast. Compress images, use a caching plugin, and pass Google's page speed test on phones.
Describe every image with alt text.
Connect Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, and submit the sitemap.
Help me set up a Google Business Profile as a business that serves clients online across Canada and the US.
Leave room for a blog on third page. Quote a "Resources" page as an extra. Regular helpful articles are the best way for a new site to climb on Google.
Turning visitors into clients
A clear button at the top of Home, seen without scrolling: "Check My Document". On phones, keep a button stuck to the bottom of the screen.
A trust bar under the headline: 48-hour turnaround, private and confidential, files deleted after delivery, serving Canada and the US.
Show the sample report near the top so visitors see exactly what they get.
Founder bio with a photo, so people know a real, experienced person does the work.
An FAQ section with 8 to 10 questions I will write. This also helps Google.
Break the form into short steps with a progress bar (Tally can do this), so it feels quick.
Track results. Set up Google Analytics and count each form submission as a goal, so I can see which pages bring in clients.
Add a simple cookie notice if the site uses Google Analytics.
Safety and access rules
My clients send private legal documents, so these rules are strict.
You will sign a short confidentiality agreement before you start.
Never ask for my passwords. I will add you to WordPress and Stripe as a team member. For Tally, we will build the form together on a shared-screen call, since team access needs a paid Tally plan.
Keep Stripe in test mode until I approve going live.
Do not open, download or keep any form submissions or uploaded files.
When the job is done, I will remove your access. Delete any copies you made.
Not part of this job
Writing the words for the pages or the Terms (I will do this) and finding images and logo i will do
Storing uploaded files on my website
Client logins or accounts
A custom checkout page outside Tally
A fancy custom logo
If you think I need any of these, add them to your quote as extras with their own price.
How I'll check the work is done
The job is done when all of these work on the live site:
☐ All 3 pages open at the right web address and look good on phone, tablet and computer
☐ The menu works on every page, and the mobile button stays on screen
☐ A 9 MB PDF uploads fine; an 11 MB file and a .zip file are blocked
☐ Each service charges the right amount in CAD and USD, with and without rush
☐ There is book discount code takes 50% off
☐ "Quote" services and Interac e-Transfer submit without payment payment can be made via email by etransfer
☐ The form won't send unless the Terms box is ticked
☐ The thank-you message shows, Stripe sends a receipt, and I get an email
☐ One real small payment works in live mode and is refunded
☐ Page titles, descriptions and structured data are in place and pass Google's test tools
☐ Home page passes Google's mobile speed test
☐ Search Console, Bing, Google Analytics and the form-submission goal are set up
☐ HTTPS, backups, security plugin and cookie notice are on
☐ I have the how-to guide, and your access is removed
What to send in your quote
Please reply within 7 days. Tell me:
Your fixed price for the whole job, and the price of any extras
When you can start and how many days it will take
Links to 2 or 3 WordPress sites you built, best if they use Tally or Stripe
How many rounds of changes are included
How long you will fix bugs for free after launch (I'd like 30 days)
This is a very low budget project you can use Laravel or Wordpress or next js something where I can edit myself
