Threads Lead Gen Content Manager

I’m looking for a creative, reliable and motivated freelancer to manage and monetise my Threads account.

I run an established women-focused Instagram brand in the mindset, online business and personal development space. My Instagram page has grown to more than 200,000 followers, and I sell beginner-friendly digital products that help women start, grow and monetise faceless Instagram pages.

I now want to build a stronger presence on Threads, grow an engaged community and use the platform to generate more sales.

This project will begin with a paid seven-day trial. If the trial goes well, I would like to continue working with the successful freelancer on an ongoing monthly basis.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

* Creating and publishing approximately 4–6 Threads posts per day
* Repurposing my existing Instagram content, captions and business story
* Writing relatable, conversational and engaging posts
* Sharing educational content about Instagram growth, faceless pages, digital products and online income
* Naturally promoting my products without making every post feel like an advertisement
* Replying to comments and starting meaningful conversations
* Engaging with relevant accounts and potential customers
* Testing different hooks, topics, content formats and calls to action
* Directing interested followers towards my products
* Helping develop a clear Threads monetisation strategy
* Tracking views, replies, profile visits, link clicks and sales
* Providing a short weekly performance report
* Suggesting new content and sales opportunities

About the brand and audience

My content is primarily aimed at women aged 20–55 who are interested in:

* Starting an online side income
* Building a faceless Instagram page
* Growing on social media
* Selling digital products
* Working from home
* Replacing or supplementing income from a traditional job
* Developing a more positive and successful mindset

The tone of the content should be warm, natural, conversational, encouraging and relatable. It should not sound overly corporate, aggressive or robotic.

The ideal freelancer

You should:

* Understand Threads and the type of content that performs well
* Have strong written English
* Be able to write in a natural and relatable tone
* Understand social media marketing and conversational selling
* Know how to balance valuable content with promotional content
* Be proactive and willing to test new ideas
* Be reliable and able to post consistently
* Understand digital products or be willing to learn
* Be able to use AI for research and ideas without producing generic or robotic content
* Be interested in developing a long-term working relationship

You do not need many years of experience. I am open to hiring a talented beginner who understands social media, has excellent writing skills and is motivated to help grow the account.

Payment and ongoing opportunity

Please place your bid based on the seven-day paid trial only.

The budget for the seven-day trial is £40–£50.

If the trial is successful, the role will continue at approximately £100–£150 per month, depending on experience, results and the final agreed workload.

In addition to the fixed monthly payment, you will receive commission on sales directly generated through Threads. These sales will be tracked using a dedicated link or discount code.

There will be an opportunity to earn more as the account, workload and revenue grow.
