ThingsBoard Wind Alarm Setup

FIrst of all: German-speaking freelancers are clearly preferred!

I want my existing ThingsBoard instance to trigger a wind alarm based on a clearly defined wind speed threshold.

If this threshold is exceeded, the platform must immediately send an email and/or SMS notification to the contacts I specify.

The scope focuses on three points:

1. Create the rule chain (or customize the existing one) so that the device’s wind speed data is evaluated based on a configurable threshold.

2. Create the alarm definition for a specified threshold and link it to the rule chain.

3. It must be possible to specify a wait time (for example, one hour) before the next alarm is triggered. Exception: The measured value is higher than the previously measured value!

4. The email and text message must contain a short message and the measured value.

5. Configure and test the integrations for outgoing emails and SMS so that I can track a live alarm from start to finish.

Currently, I need 2 rules:
One for the average wind speed condition.
And one for wind gusts.

You will have access to the ThingsBoard server with the functioning sensor that receives data from the wind sensor.
