Theme Driven Local Service WordPress

I need a new WordPress site set up for my local service business and want it built on a polished, professionally-designed theme. The job is equal parts creative and technical: pick or recommend a theme that suits a neighbourhood-focused company, customise it with colours, images and typography that feel friendly yet trustworthy, and make sure everything is configured to run smoothly on the latest WordPress version.

Core structure
– Home, About Us and Services pages are mandatory. Each page should be laid out for quick scanning, with clear sections I can later edit myself from the dashboard.
– Please keep the navigation simple so visitors can reach those pages in one click from anywhere on the site.

What I expect from you
