I'm seeking a skilled 2D animator to create a few very short animations featuring human characters.
I need 3 total character models, 2 humans, and the beast
Background can just be a grayish-white gradient or any of the backgrounds I have listed here
The animations are as follows (may be subject to change)
1.Scene of an older man stumbling on another, slightly older, man transforming into a terrifying beast (this will be the trickiest animation by far) ~7-10 seconds (I picture it as the camera quickly zooming in on the slightly older man’s face as he sits and rises from a throne and cutting to at least three different sections of transformation animation. These would consist of an arm changing into a hoof, horns growing from his head, and dragon-like wings emerging from his back, all while his shape takes on a more beastly appearance, ending with a full shot of the creature) Here's another animator's animation to give an idea on kinda what I'm looking for, although it doesn't have to be as detailed as this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TBYI_OUS1g
2.Scene of the aforementioned creature attacking the older man by lunging and biting him in the chest, sinking his teeth into him ~2-3 seconds
3. Scene of the same older man stabbing the creature in its eye ~3-4 seconds (the older man is on the floor after being bitten, but rises up and stabs the creature in the eye, the man is ok because of special armor he has beneath his Cardinal Cassock)
4. Scene of the same older man slicing off the tongue of the creature with a blade of some kind ~2.5 seconds (I picture it as not a POV shot, but of him grabbing the tongue and slicing it, the creature is also bloody from being stabbed by the man offscreen)
Ideal skills and experience (not that picky quite honestly):
- Proficiency in 2D animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Toon Boom)
- Strong storytelling and character design abilities
- Experience in creating engaging animations for entertainment purposes
