I have a date and venue locked in for a live set by The 1975 and now need seasoned show-production support to make every element click. The scope covers end-to-end planning—creative concept, technical rider, staging, sound, lighting, video content, vendor coordination, and on-site run-of-show management. If you specialise in just one of those areas, that’s fine; I’m open to building a small, focused team.

Deliverables
• Detailed production plan outlining schedule, gear spec, crew roles, and load-in/out timeline
• Budget breakdown with milestone payments and clearly flagged cost variables
• Tech diagrams or plots for audio, lighting, and LED/video walls (Vectorworks, SketchUp, or similar)
• Optional promotional campaign outline to boost ticket sales and social reach
• Day-of-show coordination, either on-site or via a trusted local crew you direct remotely

Acceptance Criteria
• Documentation thorough enough for venue approval without revisions
• Cue sheets that sync flawlessly in rehearsal
• All supplier quotes and contracts finalised at least two weeks before show day

When you reply, link me to two or three comparable gigs you have delivered—arena, theatre, or festival—and note any preferred tools (GrandMA, QLab, Pro Tools, Resolume, etc.). We will fine-tune scope and milestones together once I review your approach and examples.
