Who We Are Looking For

We strongly prefer someone who is currently based in Thailand and understands the local property market and language.

You should ideally have:

Experience in Thai real estate, property sales, property management, travel, hospitality, or online marketplaces.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with Thai property owners.
Experience using LINE, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
Good English communication skills.
Thai language skills are highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and generate leads without constant supervision.
Strong follow-up and sales skills.
A genuine interest in building a long-term business with us.

Previous experience working with condos in Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Chiang Mai, or other major Thai property markets would be an advantage.

Important

We are not simply looking for someone to post advertisements.

We need someone who can actively:

Find owners → Contact owners → Explain the platform → Build trust → Get properties listed → Maintain relationships

You will become an important part of our Thailand expansion.

Compensation

We are open to discussing different compensation models depending on your experience.

Possible structure:

Monthly fixed payment
Commission for every successfully onboarded property
Performance bonuses based on the number and quality of properties acquired
Long-term position with increased responsibility as the platform grows
