Comprehensive, practice-oriented chapters on Accounting & Finance, Marketing & Sales, and Human Resource Management must be drafted to form part of a new commerce-and-management textbook aimed squarely at professional learners who already possess foundational knowledge and want immediately actionable insights.

Each chapter should:
• Blend core theory with real-world cases and data.
• Follow a clear learning-objective structure, closing with concise take-aways and mini-assessments.
• Cite up-to-date sources in APA style so the material is ready for both print and e-learning formats.

In parallel, a full-length research paper suitable for submission to a Scopus-indexed journal is required. Draft, refine, and format the manuscript—including abstract, keywords, methodology, results, discussion, conclusions, and reference list—to meet typical Scopus guidelines and similarity thresholds. Topic alignment with the textbook content is preferred for synergy, but I am open to strong alternative proposals if they can be justified quickly.

Timeline is tight: the initial chapter outline and proposed journal paper abstract are needed immediately so that feedback can be incorporated without delay. A rapid yet rigorous writing process is essential; polished, citation-checked deliverables are expected within the agreed milestone schedule.

Tools such as MS Word, EndNote/Zotero, and Turnitin/iThenticate will streamline review, so please be comfortable working with them.

Deliverables
1. Chapter outlines (3) – 48 hours
2. Full textbook chapters with references – staged over the following two weeks
3. Scopus-ready paper draft – one week after chapter approval
4. Final, proof-edited versions – within the subsequent review window

Submission will be accepted once chapters and paper pass plagiarism checks (
