Text Data Entry Specialist

I have several spreadsheets full of plain text that need to be entered into a new master sheet exactly as specified. Your job is to work through each row, copy or type the text into the designated columns, keep original spelling / capitalisation intact, and flag anything that looks incomplete or duplicated.

You’ll be working directly in Excel or Google Sheets, so familiarity with basic functions—filter, find-and-replace, simple formulas for counts—is important for speed and consistency. I will share the source files, a template of the final sheet, and a brief field-mapping guide as soon as we start.

Deliverable: the completed master spreadsheet with every entry transferred and a short note listing any rows you marked for review. Accuracy comes first; once that’s assured, quick turnaround is a plus. Let’s discuss timing and get started.
