I have a collection of text-only records that I’ll be pulling from various online databases. Your task is to transfer each entry into either Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer—then structure the sheet so every row sits neatly under its correct category or topic.

Accuracy matters more than speed here. As you work, double-check spelling, keep the formatting consistent, and avoid introducing blank rows or merged cells that could break downstream filtering. A quick copy-and-paste is fine where possible, but I still expect you to proof each line before saving.

The job is complete when I receive one clean spreadsheet, organised by category/topic, free of duplicates, ready for immediate analysis. Timely delivery and solid attention to detail will determine continued collaboration on future batches.
