Text Data Entry & Formatting

I have several batches of text-only records that must be transferred into an Excel workbook exactly according to a pre-defined layout. You will be working in MS Excel almost exclusively, applying the column widths, cell styles, and validation rules I supply so the finished sheet is immediately usable in our downstream process.

Accuracy matters more than volume: every character has to match the source and duplicate entries must be removed on sight. Because these files include sensitive client details, please be comfortable following a strict non-disclosure approach and using password-protected workbooks.

Turnaround is tight. Once I provide a batch, I expect the completed, fully formatted workbook returned by the agreed deadline without follow-up reminders. If this first set goes smoothly there will be a steady flow of similar assignments.

Deliverables
• One Excel file per batch populated with all text records and my exact formatting template applied
• A brief log noting any anomalies or source errors you discovered
