Text Data Entry & Cleanup

I have a collection of text data that needs to be transferred into either Google Sheets or Excel with absolute accuracy. Once everything is in place, I also need the sheet cleaned—duplicates removed, spacing and capitalization made consistent, and any stray characters tidied up.

While you work, please spot-check every hyperlink, image reference, or document attachment that appears in the cells and flag anything that looks broken or out of place. When the spreadsheet is spotless, prepare a brief summary report so I can see exactly what was fixed and where any issues remain.
