Texas-Licensed Engineer for Home Construction Drawings

I am seeking a Texas-licensed structural engineer to prepare complete structural drawings and calculations for a new single-family residence in Austin, Texas. The site plan and architectural drawings are already available and will be provided to the selected engineer.

The structural package should be coordinated closely with the architectural plans and prepared for permit submission and construction.

Scope of Work

Review the architectural drawings and site information
Design the foundation system based on the geotechnical report and site conditions
Prepare structural floor and roof framing plans
Design load-bearing walls, beams, headers, columns, posts, and connections
Provide shear-wall, bracing, and lateral-load details
Prepare foundation, framing, and connection details
Perform applicable gravity, wind, and other code-required structural calculations
Coordinate structural elements with the architectural layout
Address reasonable permit-review comments related to the structural design
Provide signed and sealed drawings and calculations, if required
