Test AI Call Analytics Platform

I’m ready to push Pulse—our AI-driven customer call analytics SaaS—through a full end-to-end quality workout and I need your help. The platform lets users sign up, upload call recordings, and receive instant sentiment, topic, risk, and summary insights. Because this intelligence layer sits at the heart of the product, the AI analysis workflow is the single most critical area I want you to pressure-test.

Scope of the engagement
You’ll work across the entire user journey: account creation, role management, dashboard KPIs, audio ingestion, transcript review, billing flows, and admin functions. I’m expecting you to probe UI/UX polish, API responses, data validation, edge cases, security concerns, and cross-browser responsiveness. Regression sweeps before each release are also part of the mandate.

Deliverables
• A structured test-plan document covering functional, regression, and cross-browser scenarios
• Well-written bug reports with clear repro steps, severity, screenshots or videos
• A final QA summary report that highlights coverage, open issues, and risk areas
• I need minimum two level of testing (Low level and high level).
