I’m shaping a POV short film called “Where Do I Go From Here?” and now need a single, self-contained screenplay scene that captures the first meeting with Divya after years apart. She’s my former co-founder—calm, observant, almost ethereal—yet her return stirs every old wound.

Please set the entire exchange in the quiet café where we once mapped out our dreams. The tone must lean into tension and unfinished business; every line of dialogue should leave space for what neither of us can say aloud. Think subtext, pauses, and detail that keeps the audience wondering whether reconciliation is even possible.

I’ll be reading this straight into Final Draft, so standard screenplay format is essential (scene heading, action, character cues, dialogue, brief parentheticals). No exposition sums—everything important must live in what’s spoken, the silences, and the environment.

Deliverable
• A properly formatted screenplay scene (≈2–4 pages) that opens on my POV entering the café, builds to a charged exchange with Divya, and ends before either of us reaches closure.

Once I have the finished scene, I’ll fold it directly into my shooting script, so clarity and brevity are key.
