I run two newly launched service firms and I’m looking for a dedicated professional who can shoulder our entire GeM-portal workload as well as our statutory filings. Each month we must submit around 200–250 bids, mainly for Manpower, Security, and Housekeeping contracts, with occasional Technical and Stationary-supply opportunities mixed in.
In parallel, both companies need their GST, ESI, and PF returns prepared and filed on time, error-free. The engagement will be compensated at a fixed ₹5,000 and calls for someone already comfortable navigating GeM, downloading BOQs, preparing bid documents, and then switching hats to handle the back-office compliance cycle.
Deliverables each month:
• 200–250 complete tender submissions on GeM (Manpower, Security, Housekeeping plus ad-hoc categories).
• GST, ESI, and PF returns filed for both firms with acknowledgements shared.
Accuracy, punctuality, and the ability to juggle high volumes are critical; if you can keep our bidding pipeline full while our ledgers stay compliant, let’s get started.
