Tenant Eviction Specialist Needed

I need help evicting a problematic tenant. The tenant is a squatter and has been selling drugs, bothering other tenants, and trashing the yard and apartment.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of local eviction laws
- Experience in handling difficult eviction cases
- Ability to prepare and serve legal notices
- Strong communication skills for dealing with tenants and possibly law enforcement

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Background in property management or real estate law
- Experience working with law enforcement
- Previous successful eviction cases
