Temporary Web Design Meeting Stand-In

I have a brief 20 to 40 -minute video call scheduled with a client to talk through a light redesign of their site, and I need you to sit in as the team’s “Web Designer.” All you have to do is look and sound like part of the crew, greet the client warmly, acknowledge their ideas, and let me take the lead. Your main job is to listen carefully, keep any input friendly and low-key, and jot down anything useful we might want to reference afterward.

During the meeting the client will focus on:
• Layout and structure
• Color scheme and fonts
• Images and graphics

I’ll share a quick project overview five minutes beforehand so you feel comfortable answering a casual question if it comes your way, but feel free to defer deeper points back to me. After we wrap up, send over a short set of notes—bullet points are fine—highlighting key requests or decisions.

Strong, clear spoken English and a dependable internet connection are all you really need. If you’re personable, punctual, and can stay in character as a web designer, this will be an easy gig.
