Need a person who can review huge amount of videos and detect in them noises of wires and detect exactly wires spreading around. The task is about TEMPEST attack technology which means to catch data from your devices screens (illegal hackers techology). It is ok if you can do that by AI (I can compensate money spent on AI) which is smart. In the end we need short cut of best materials exactly showing and proving the fact that it is happening.
